Payment, Shipping & Returns Payment We accept Credit and Debit Cards through the Paypal system, you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with your Credit or Debit Card simply follow the instructions through out the basket and checkout system. Shipping Times In most cases you will receive your goods within a few days we endeavour to dispatch the same day you purchase. However to avoid disappointment we prefer to state you will receive goods within 7 – 14 days. You can chase your order by e-mail at any time. If all or some of your order is not in stock we will aim to dispatch these items within 14 days of your order. f in the unlikely event we are not able to send your items within 14 days we will contact you by e-mail. We do deliver outside of the European Union but will not be able to accept any responsibility for custom charges levied on larger items. Please check out your country's import duties before ordering. Our last Guaranteed Posting dates for Christmas 2007 are as follows: UK & Channel Islands - 15 December 2007 Europe - 12 December 2007 International - 10 December 2007 Returns Policy We will not accept returns of merchandise damaged by your dog or cat. Our custom made dog & cat collars are for decorative use and you should treat these collars as you would your own jewelry. We cannot be responsible if your pet damages a collar. Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns on items of clothing that have been worn. If your item is defective upon receipt please notify us at returns@e-pawz.co.uk within 3 days all returns need to be authorised by Customer Services and returned to receive a refund, all items are checked fully before shipping. There is a £3.50 re-stocking fee. Any items that are returned to us that are not in a resalable condition will be returned back to the customer and £3.50 will be charged to cover postage. |
